Why we use your data
- Managing your application, your registration and the course itself (invitation, attendance record, certificate, follow-up).
- To measure your needs and progress, collect your feedback (positioning, evaluations) and improve our training.
- Complying with our legal obligations and quality certification requirements (Labour Code, administrative controls, Qualiopi audits).
- Invoice and keep records.
- Adapt the training to a situation of disability, only if you notify us.
Legal basis
Execution of the contract or training agreement; legal obligations (professional training, accounting); legitimate interest in improving our training and following up on contact requests; your consent for information related to a need for adaptation and the right to image.
Recipients
Only Romain Bisseret. The data is hosted by our technical providers (forms: Tally; database: Airtable; automation: Make; messaging, storage, and videoconferencing: Google), some of which may be located outside the European Union with appropriate guarantees. Where applicable, certain information is transmitted to your employer (attendance, certificate) or to your financier (supporting documents for the transaction), and to the supervisory authorities or the certification body upon request. Your data are never sold.
Storage periods
- Training file (registration, transcripts, evaluations, certificate): 6 years after the end of the training.
- Accounting documents and invoices: 10 years.
- Information related to a need for adaptation: 1 year after the end of the training.
- Requests for contact without a follow-up: 3 years after the last exchange.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification, its deletion, the limitation of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, withdraw your consent at any time, and request the portability of your data. Write to romain@levimensa.com; reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
