Morning
Welcome and diagnosis. The limits of a well-run day-to-day with no direction. Your vision by role, then your Supercycle goals. In a workshop, you write the vision and goals of your next cycle.
Your day-to-day is under control. What's left are the projects that really matter and are still waiting their turn. In one day, you build your first Supercycle plan and leave ready to start your week 1.

The problem
Your lists are up to date, and so are your inboxes. Yet the project you care about isn't moving any faster than before. Urgent always beats important, because important can wait until tomorrow. And tomorrow looks just like today.
Supercycles
A Supercycle is twelve weeks of execution followed by one week of review. You move one to three goals forward, never more, each anchored in one of your roles. Supercycles add to your day-to-day system without replacing it: one handles what comes in, the other moves forward what you choose.
The day
One to three, each written as a measurable result at the end of week 12.
Two to four per goal, entirely within your control.
One or two half-days a week, reserved for these goals and set in your calendar.
The share of your actions completed, with a target of 85%. Aim for consistency rather than perfection.
Extended with time to look at your score and prepare the following week.
Blocked from the start for review, celebration, recharge and preparing the next cycle.
The programme
Welcome and diagnosis. The limits of a well-run day-to-day with no direction. Your vision by role, then your Supercycle goals. In a workshop, you write the vision and goals of your next cycle.
Lead and lag indicators, and the weekly score. In a workshop, you build your complete Supercycle plan. Then the extended weekly maintenance, put into practice in a role-play in pairs.
The result
By the end of the day, your Supercycle plan is written. You start your week 1 the following Monday. A follow-up video call then helps you adjust whatever needs adjusting.
Who it's for
Past participants of the LeviMensa training, readers who apply the book, or people already trained in an equivalent organisation method.
No system in place yet? Start with the LeviMensa trainingPractical information
By the end of the day, you will be able to:
Have a working day-to-day organisation system already: the LeviMensa training, the book applied in practice, or an equivalent method such as GTD. This prerequisite is checked when you register.
One 7-hour day in person, in Paris, in a group of 4 to 12 people. A one-hour video call three months later lets you review your cycle.
Register and pay online on this page, up to 2 days before the session. After registering, you receive a short questionnaire about your needs. A session goes ahead with at least 4 participants; otherwise you are notified and refunded, or moved to the next session if you prefer.
Short inputs alternating with workshops where you apply everything straight away to your real situations.
You leave with your complete, ready-to-use Supercycle plan. A satisfaction survey takes place at the end of the day, and the three-month follow-up measures where you stand.
The book “Organisation for peace of mind”, a training booklet and a Supercycles summary sheet.
The day is led by Romain Bisseret, creator of the LeviMensa method and author of the book “Organisation for peace of mind”.
Venue access and any necessary adjustments are looked at case by case before each session. Disability contact: Audrey Meyer, audrey@levimensa.com.
A question before signing up? Write to Audrey or book a call with Romain.
