The problem

You've already tried to get organised

A new app, a notebook, one more list. It lasts two weeks, then the urgent stuff takes over again and everything goes back into your head. Willpower is not the issue. What you are missing is a complete system, set up for good, and the habit of keeping it up.

What changes

The system and the direction, from the very next Monday

LeviMensa works on two levels. The Run is your everyday life: everything that happens is captured, clarified, and organized in a single system. The Build is what really matters: with the thirteen-week Supercycles, you stay on track with your goals without losing sight of everyday life.

  • Less mental load. One central system replaces sticky notes, notebooks and unprocessed emails.
  • Faster decisions. All your next actions are visible, sorted by context and energy level.
  • No forgotten projects. Every outcome you want has its next action identified.
  • Execution that stays on course. Supercycles keep the effort on what matters, whatever the urgency.
  • A tool that works straight away. You leave with your system up and running the same evening.

  • REX 2, about 1 month after REX 1: progress in implementation, lifting of inhibitions, consolidation of habits.

Pedagogical methods

A pedagogy that is essentially practical and participatory. Each step involves the application of the concepts to the participants' real activities, with peer-to-peer exchanges. Half of the training time is dedicated to building a customized system, operational upon completion of the training, based on the tools that everyone uses on a daily basis. The habit-building program was designed jointly by BJ Fogg, PhD, director of the Stanford University Behavior Design Lab, and Romain Bisseret, specifically for personal organization issues.

Results LeviMensa (Romain Bisseret EI)

The organization was created in October 2026: the first results will be published after the first sessions, then updated every quarter.

Indicators monitored and calculation method:

  • Hot satisfaction rate: proportion of participants who gave a score of 8 to 10 out of 10 on the question "Did the training meet your expectations and needs?", across all end-of-session evaluations for the period.
  • Recommendation rate: percentage of participants who gave a score of 8 to 10 out of 10 on the "Would you recommend this training to someone else?" question, on the same basis.
  • Declared rate of achievement of objectives: proportion of participants who gave a score of 8 to 10 out of 10 on the "To what extent have you achieved your initial objectives?" question of the end-of-session evaluation. A voluntary open-ended comment accompanies the score; it is not included in the calculation.
  • Average progression before/after: the difference between the average of the 17 self-evaluated practices (scale from 1 to 5) at the post-training position and at the pre-training position, calculated on the participants who answered both questions.
  • Number of trainees trained: number of participants who received a certificate of completion of training over the period.

Calculation period: cumulative since the creation of the organization (October 2026), updated quarterly. The number of respondents is indicated next to each rate.

Last update: 16/10/2026.
