Two days in a training room, in a small group, to clear your mind, build your system in your own tools and leave with a method that holds. You work on your real emails, real tasks and real projects.

The problem
A new app, a notebook, one more list. It lasts two weeks, then the urgent stuff takes over again and everything goes back into your head. Willpower is not the issue. What you are missing is a complete system, set up for good, and the habit of keeping it up.
What changes
LeviMensa works on two levels. The Run is your everyday life: everything that happens is captured, clarified, and organized in a single system. The Build is what really matters: with the thirteen-week Supercycles, you stay on track with your goals without losing sight of everyday life.

Program sheet
A very practical training to set up a reliable personal organization system, using your own tools, and regain clarity on everything you have to do. You learn to make clear decisions about every incoming information, to manage your projects, to divide your responsibilities, and to arbitrate your priorities on a daily basis, with less stress.
Anyone who wants to better organize their work and reduce their mental workload: employees, managers, executives, freelancers, regardless of sector. Training reserved for professional clients (companies, organizations, freelancers).
No level requirements. Bring your laptop and your usual work tools (email, calendar, task manager if applicable) to build your system directly on top of them.
At the end of the training, the participant is able to:
14 hours, or 2 days in person (4 half-days of 3.30 hours). Number of participants: 4 to 15.
Two 1-hour experiences (REX) via videoconference (Google Meet) are offered to participants, at no additional cost: approximately 15 days and then approximately 1 and a half months after the in-person training. They are optional and are not part of the training duration (14 hours).
A pedagogy that is essentially practical and participatory. Each step involves the application of the concepts to the participants' real activities, with peer-to-peer exchanges. Half of the training time is dedicated to building a customized system, operational upon completion of the training, based on the tools that everyone uses on a daily basis. The habit-building program was designed jointly by BJ Fogg, PhD, director of the Stanford University Behavior Design Lab, and Romain Bisseret, specifically for personal organization issues.
Equipment in the room: projector or screen, cardboard. The participants use their own computer.
Certificate of completion of training and certificate of achievement. Non-certifying training (no RNCP or RS certification), not eligible for the CPF.
VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
The training is open to people with disabilities. The needs for adaptation are collected at the time of registration and during placement, and then studied with the person (pace, materials, breaks, access to the venue, arrangements for the REX). If necessary, we call on specialized disability professionals.
