Purchases from the shop (books, digital products, Cercle, coaching) are subject to the following terms and conditions: <a class=\"levimensa-legal-link\" href=\"\/en\/terms-and-conditions\/\">General terms of sale of the store<\/a>.\n<\/p><h2 class=\"oxy-text-637-105 oxy-text levimensa-legal-h2\">\nArticle 1: Body and scope of application\n<\/h2><p class=\"oxy-text-637-106 oxy-text levimensa-legal-p\">\nThese terms and conditions apply to all the training courses offered by Romain Bisseret EI, trade name LeviMensa, 52 rue du Moulin, 91490 Dannemois, SIRET 992 286 369 00010, declaration of activity currently registered with the DREETS \u00cele-de-France (hereinafter \"LeviMensa\"). LeviMensa training courses are reserved for professional clients (companies, organizations, independent professionals acting in the course of their professional activity); they are not sold to private individuals. Any registration constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take precedence over any other document of the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.\n<\/p><h2 class=\"oxy-text-637-107 oxy-text levimensa-legal-h2\">\nArticle 2: Registration and contracting\n<\/h2><ul class=\"oxy-container-637-116 oxy-container levimensa-legal-list\"><li class=\"oxy-container-637-109 oxy-container\"><div class=\"oxy-text-637-108 oxy-text\">\nInter-company: Registration is done online, no later than 7 days before the start of the session, either by online payment or by an enterprise requesting an invoice. It is confirmed by LeviMensa within 48 working hours, subject to the availability of places. Registration of an enterprise on invoice becomes final upon receipt of the 30% deposit %.\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"oxy-container-637-111 oxy-container\"><div class=\"oxy-text-637-110 oxy-text\">\nIntra-company: a proposal is prepared after a needs analysis has been carried out. The order is firm upon the signing of the proposal or the quotation.\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"oxy-container-637-113 oxy-container\"><div class=\"oxy-text-637-112 oxy-text\">\nA training agreement is established in accordance with Articles L6353-1 and L6353-2 of the Labour Code.\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"oxy-container-637-115 oxy-container\"><div class=\"oxy-text-637-114 oxy-text\">\nThe program, the rules of procedure and the welcome booklet are provided before the training.\n<\/div><\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"oxy-text-637-117 oxy-text levimensa-legal-h2\">\nArticle 3: Price\n<\/h2><p class=\"oxy-text-637-118 oxy-text levimensa-legal-p\">\nPrices are indicated in euros excluding taxes. VAT not applicable; Article 293 B of the CGI: the total amount therefore represents the amount to be paid.\n<\/p><ul class=\"oxy-container-637-123 oxy-container levimensa-legal-list\"><li class=\"oxy-container-637-120 oxy-container\"><div class=\"oxy-text-637-119 oxy-text\">\nInter-company: the price includes the animation, the materials and the two optional videoconference experiences. No additional costs for the trainer are included.\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"oxy-container-637-122 oxy-container\"><div class=\"oxy-text-637-121 oxy-text\">\nIn-house: the price is set out in the proposal or quotation, which also specifies any teaching kits. The trainer's travel, accommodation and meal expenses, as well as shipping costs for kits sent to the training venue, are always charged in addition, as per the proposal or on receipts.\n<\/div><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"oxy-text-637-124 oxy-text levimensa-legal-p\">\nThe participants' meals, transportation and accommodation costs remain their responsibility.\n<\/p><h2 class=\"oxy-text-637-125 oxy-text levimensa-legal-h2\">\nArticle 4: Billing and payment\n<\/h2><ul class=\"oxy-container-637-132 oxy-container levimensa-legal-list\"><li class=\"oxy-container-637-127 oxy-container\"><div class=\"oxy-text-637-126 oxy-text\">\nInter-company: advance invoice of 30 % at the signature of the proposal, final invoice of 70 % after the training (trainer fees included).\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"oxy-container-637-129 oxy-container\"><div class=\"oxy-text-637-128 oxy-text\">\nInter-company registration with online payment: the entire price is paid online before the training begins.\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"oxy-container-637-131 oxy-container\"><div class=\"oxy-text-637-130 oxy-text\">\nInter-company, registration by one company on an invoice: advance payment invoice of 30 % at the time of registration, to be paid no later than before the start of the training, final balance invoice of 70 % at the end of the training.\n<\/div><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"oxy-text-637-133 oxy-text levimensa-legal-p\">\nInvoices are payable within 30 days of their receipt, by bank transfer.\n<\/p><p class=\"oxy-text-637-134 oxy-text levimensa-legal-p\">\nIn the event of late payment, penalties are due automatically at the rate of three times the legal interest rate in force, as well as a lump-sum fee for recovery costs of \u20ac40 (Articles L441-10 and D441-5 of the Commercial Code). If the actual recovery costs incurred are higher, additional compensation may be claimed on proof of payment.\n<\/p><h2 class=\"oxy-text-637-135 oxy-text levimensa-legal-h2\">\nArticle 5: Funding by an OPCO or a third party\n<\/h2><p class=\"oxy-text-637-136 oxy-text levimensa-legal-p\">\nLeviMensa does not practice payment subrogation: LeviMensa invoices the client directly, who settles the entire price and, if necessary, requests reimbursement from their OPCO or financier. The client submits the request for reimbursement before the start of the training and verifies its agreement; reimbursement is governed by the relationship between the client and their financier. The client remains liable for the full price to LeviMensa, including in the event of refusal, partial reimbursement, or late payment.\n<\/p><h2 class=\"oxy-text-637-137 oxy-text levimensa-legal-h2\">\nArticle 6: Cancellation, postponement or absence due to the customer\n<\/h2><ul class=\"oxy-container-637-150 oxy-container levimensa-legal-list\"><li class=\"oxy-container-637-139 oxy-container\"><div class=\"oxy-text-637-138 oxy-text\">\nReplacement of one participant by another from the same company: possible without charge until the first day of the training.\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"oxy-container-637-141 oxy-container\"><div class=\"oxy-text-637-140 oxy-text\">\nReport or cancellation notified in writing more than 30 days before the start of the training: no charge.\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"oxy-container-637-143 oxy-container\"><div class=\"oxy-text-637-142 oxy-text\">\nBetween 30 and 15 days before: 30 % of the price due as a penalty.\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"oxy-container-637-145 oxy-container\"><div class=\"oxy-text-637-144 oxy-text\">\nLess than 15 days before: 50 % of the due price.\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"oxy-container-637-147 oxy-container\"><div class=\"oxy-text-637-146 oxy-text\">\nLess than 7 days before, absence or abandonment during the training: 100 % of the due price, unless a postponement accepted for another session within 6 months.\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"oxy-container-637-149 oxy-container\"><div class=\"oxy-text-637-148 oxy-text\">\nCase of force majeure duly justified: termination, only the services actually provided being due at a prorata temporis rate, or postponement at no cost if the customer so wishes.\n<\/div><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"oxy-text-637-151 oxy-text levimensa-legal-p\">\nFees due as a fee are not training expenses: they are invoiced separately and cannot be reimbursed by an OPCO. The costs already incurred for the trainer (non-refundable tickets, accommodation) remain due in the intra.\n<\/p><h2 class=\"oxy-text-637-152 oxy-text levimensa-legal-h2\">\nArticle 7: Cancellation or postponement due to LeviMensa\n<\/h2><p class=\"oxy-text-637-153 oxy-text levimensa-legal-p\">\nLeviMensa may postpone or cancel a session if the minimum number of participants is not reached (4 participants in an inter session) or in case of the instructor's absence. For insufficient attendance, the client is informed no later than 15 calendar days before the start of the session; in case of the instructor's absence, as soon as possible. A new date is proposed; if it is not acceptable, the sums already paid are fully refunded. If the training is interrupted by LeviMensa after its start, only the services actually provided are due at a prorata temporis basis. No other compensation is due.\n<\/p><h2 class=\"oxy-text-637-154 oxy-text levimensa-legal-h2\">\nArticle 8: Intellectual property\n<\/h2><p class=\"oxy-text-637-155 oxy-text levimensa-legal-p\">\nThe LeviMensa method, the name LeviMensa (registered trademark) and all materials provided or presented (booklet, handouts, card, presentations) are the property of Romain Bisseret. They are provided for the participant's strictly personal use. Any reproduction, distribution, adaptation or use to form other persons is prohibited without prior written consent.\n<\/p><h2 class=\"oxy-text-637-156 oxy-text levimensa-legal-h2\">\nArticle 9: Personal data\n<\/h2><p class=\"oxy-text-637-157 oxy-text levimensa-legal-p\">\nThe collected data are processed in accordance with the <a class=\"levimensa-legal-link\" href=\"\/en\/donnees-personnelles\/\">Data protection policy of LeviMensa<\/a>. In the event of a dispute, the parties first seek an amicable solution.
